DEACON ORDINATION & FELLOWSHIP:  Our Deacon ordination will take place next Sunday evening, July 12th, during the 6:00pm worship service.  We will have a fellowship immediately after the service outside under the tent.  Please join us, and bring a nut-free dessert (such as cookies, cupcakes, brownies, etc.), and a drink to share.  If you have questions, please call Missy Gniazdowski at 410-638-1832.
 
RESOURCE CENTER VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:  Volunteers are needed to man the Resource Center after each Sunday morning worship service to assist Pastor with visitors. For more information or to volunteer, contact Lauree Wilson at the church office.
 
THE CREAM OF THE CROP BOAT RIDE is scheduled for Saturday, August 15th.  There are 27 seats available.  If you want to go, please tell Louise as soon as possible.  First come, first served for our Cream of the Crop members.  Also, Louise is collecting $27 for the American Music Theater Christmas show in November.  There is no limit to the number of people who can attend, but we must have the money before the reservation is made, and we would like to make it early, so we can get some good seats.  Please talk to Louise if you are interested in these outings.
 
CREAM OF THE CROP MOVIE NIGHT:   Saturday, July 18th at 6:30pm at the Thomas home.  We’ll watch the comedy Ice Age.  No dinner will be provided, but we’ll have sundaes during intermission.  Please sign up on bulletin board.  See you there!

CHOIR REHEARSAL: We will practice songs for the next several Sundays on July 12th at 4:00 pm in the Sanctuary.  This will be the only rehearsal until we resume regular choir practice in the Fall. New choir members are welcome!
 
A WILD VBS THANKS:  We sure had a wild time with our kids this past week!  Almost 150 kids laughed, sang and heard about God’s love!  I cannot find words to thank you volunteers enough for your faithful and tireless service this week!  What a blessing to see God’s children
 
NO CARDIO SCULPT CLASS:  Cardio Sculpt classes will resume in the Ark on Thursday, September 3rd.  Have a nice summer, ladies!
 
EASTER PRODUCTION DVDs:  DVDs of the Easter production, “Watch the Lamb” are now available for $3.  To order a DVD, contact Lauree Wilson in the church office.
 
TEACHER NEEDED FOR 3-YR. OLDS IN SUNDAY SCHOOL: A teacher will be needed beginning in September for the 3-year-old class during the 10:30am Sunday School hour.  Please see Mike LaMonica to volunteer to take this class or if you have questions.  
 
OUR KIDS NEED YOU! RA’s and GA’s URGENTLY NEED teachers, leaders and helpers.  Please consider helping for a three-month rotation.  If you have questions please call Caroline Gilley at 410-378-9218 or Pastor Dennis at the church office.
